Yorkshire Wildlife Park

Anywhere in the world, people can find zoos.  They are everywhere.  But that doesn't mean that they're all boring.  In fact, because they are all different, each and every one is interesting.  I have most recently visited a zoo called the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.  (For the record, when I say "most recently," I'm talking about earlier today)  I think I've got a few cool pictures though, so I'm going to show them to you with little pieces of text explaining a little bit about them.  It's not because I think you're stupid (I don't) but because I enjoy explaining things, even if I'm not very good at it.

This is Chamy hanging out with the Meerkats.  They didn't seem to be too keen on looking out, despite the fact that a psychedelic-looking chameleon was sitting on the fence.

There weren't any animals in this shot, but I thought the scenery was rather nice.  It's just a waterfall.

There was a camel sitting very close to a fence.  There's a picture of him here.  In person, it was really cool.

The tiger exhibit was really cool.  I enjoyed watching the big cats get up and actually walk around.  For some reason, I've never seen big cats move so much.

Of course, any sort of tourist attraction has a gift store.  So I go in and what does Chamy do?  He goes looking for a fight!  They couldn't agree who had the best colors.  What do you think?  Who has the coolest colors?  The African Wild Dog, or the Chameleon?
